No-Bake Buckeye Bars: The Dessert That Loves You Back (Unless You’re Allergic to Nuts. Then… Please Don’t.)
Description:
Introducing No-Bake Buckeye Bars, the snack that answers the age-old question: “What if peanut butter fudge and chocolate had a baby that required absolutely no baking, no effort, and zero dignity while eating?” These bars are rich, sweet, wildly moldable—yes, you can smoosh them into hearts, stars, dinosaurs, or a surprisingly accurate model of Ohio if you’re feeling chaotic.
They’re easy enough that a distracted raccoon could make them, and delicious enough that you’ll “taste-test” the dough until suddenly you’ve eaten half the batch and must now pretend that was totally part of the plan. Everyone loves them. They’re the kind of dessert that disappears from the table in 0.3 seconds, leaving behind only crumbs and a vague sense of betrayal.
The only downside?
Well… they’re basically 90% peanut butter, so they are extremely not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy. Like, do not even wave them near someone who is allergic. The bars are delicious—but not “call an ambulance” delicious.
Enjoy responsibly. Or irresponsibly. It’s your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 C butter melted

- 1 C creamy PB
- 2 Tbs Creamy PB

Step 2

Step 3
microwave the chips and 2 Tbs of Peanut Butter stirring every 30 seconds or heat on stove until combined and melted. Pour over peanut butter mixture and then once room temperature throw into fridge
