Do not freeze and only make as many as you are willing to roll out
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and have lined cookie sheets ready
Step 2
Mix butter and sugar until blended then speed up and make light and creamy. Add egg, and vanilla at a low speed and then add in flower, baking powder and salt until blended (dont over blend)
Step 3
Break into 4 sections, wrap in saran wrap and fridge for an hour
Step 4
Roll out on a floured surface about 1/8inch think
Step 5
Bake 10-12 minutes

- 1/2C Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbs Vanilla
- 3C Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
