Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 1 lb normal sliced bacon
- 8 oz block of cheddar cheese
- 1 box (only need 12) manicotti pasta
- BBQ sauce
Method
Step 1
Set up smoker to 225 - we used hickory chips
Step 2
Take each manicotti shell and shove Italian sausage into one end, about 1/3 of the way full. Push in a few small chunks of cheese (1/2 inch by 1 inch) and then fill the rest with Italian sausage
Step 3
Wrap each pasta shell in a strip of bacon then cover in bbq sauce of your choosing. Refrigerate for a few hours to soften the shells.
Step 4
Cook in smoker for 3 hours. If your smoker has a water pan, fill it up.
