Ingredients
- 18.5 oz package yellow cake mix
- 3 3/4oz package jell- instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 C cold water
- 1/2 C wesson oil
- 1/2 C Bacardi dark Rum (80 proof)
- Glaze:
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 1/4 C water
- 1 C granulated sugar
- 1/2 C Bacardi Dark Rum (80 proof)
Method
Step 1
Turn oven to 325 and grease a Bundt Pan
Step 2
Mix all non glaze ingredients together and pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour
Step 3
For the glaze - in a sauce pan melt the butter and stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add rum
Step 4
when cake is still hot poke holes in the cake using a long skewer and drizzle glaze over top
